I am Luciana, a registered dietitian specialized in clinical nutrition, helping clients to achieve a healthier life since 2009.

ABOUT ME

I am originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I am passionate about people, food & health.

My decision to deepen my knowledge on these subjects led me to study for a BSc in Nutrition.

During my studies I was fascinated about how clinical nutrition could improve peoples' health through lifestyle changes. Since graduating in 2009, I have been working as a dietitian in hospitals and private practices.

After moving with my family to Luxembourg in 2018, I have been learning french and applying for my diploma's recognition.

I am a dietitian that believes in evidence-based nutrition in order to help people prevent, resolve or cope with their health issues on a long-term basis.

I offer consultations in portuguese, english, french and spanish.

I am a registered dietitian affiliated to CNS. If you have a valid medical prescription for specific pathologies, I will ask to CNS to validate your treatment. Once it gets accepted, you will pay 12% of the consultations' price*. You can check if you are entitled to a refund here. Please, bring your valid medical prescription at our first appointment.

My approach is to take into consideration the most up-to-date evidence-based researches and guidelines of nutrition and health in order to assess my clients.

I offer consultations for all ages with different medical and health conditions. At each consultation, I will perform a complete nutritional assessment with professional equipments (bioimpedance InBody120, weight scale Seca, etc.).
